Financial Policy
We the staff at The Elite Services Agency thank you for choosing us to help you meet your personal and professional business goals. We consider it an honor and a privilege to serve you and we are committed to providing you with excellent service all while building a successful business relationship with you.
Therefore, it is important for you to understand our financial and cancellation policies. So, please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our fees, policies, and professional expectations. For your convenience, we offer several payment options cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, and PayPal!
Please be advised, a non-refundable down payment (deposit) of 50% is due at the time your appointment is scheduled. This deposit secures your appointment for the date and time agreed upon. Meanwhile, the remaining 50% payment is due in full 7 days prior to the date of your scheduled appointment.
If your final payment is not received 7 days before your scheduled appointment or if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your appointment, your session will be immediately canceled, and your 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. And if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment will also be charged an additional $50 last-minute cancellation fee.
So, if you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible as doing so is not only courteous but it allows us the opportunity to offer your scheduled appointment slot to another client.
Also, all of our clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. So, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment you will incur a $25 late fee in addition to your service fee(s). The late fee is designed to ensure thoughtful consideration for all of our clients as well as our staff members who work very hard to deliver excellence to everyone that we serve.
And, in return, the team at TESA will value your time by being ready and prepared to serve you at your scheduled appointment time.
